Rather than a lotion we decided this might be the best way
to attack hyperpigmentation, that so many deal with. They are also known as
Malasma and dark spots and sunspots and age spots. This is a balm which stays closer
to the surface, rather than a cream. Undecylenoyl phenylalanine has been shown
to work to lighten these areas. We also added several other effective ingredients.

Ingredient details:
Undecylenoyl phenylalanine is
an excellent skin lightener and brightener suitable for all skin types and
ethnicities that promotes a more uniform and radiant complexion with results in
as little as seven days. Studies have demonstrated an increase in skin
luminosity and decrease in the number and color of hyperpigmented spots.
Undecylenoyl phenylalanine is a lipoaminoacid or vectorized essential amino
acid developed from phenylalanine, an amino acid involved in melanin synthesis.
MSH is an alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH) receptor agonist developed
from this amino acid that inhibits the process of melanin synthesis from the
hypothalamus to produce a reduction in melanic pigments in skin cells.
Ayurveda
Kumkumadi Oil is an authentic Ayurvedic formulation, made from pure
Kashmir saffron and other unique potent ayurvedic ingredients essential for a
glowing complexion and even skin tone and also to repair early signs of ageing,
when applied externally. This oil is formulated to help skin look young and
healthy, lightens complexion, makes skin fair and add radiance to the skin. Kumkumadi Oil diminishes appearance of scars, blemishes

Licorice
Root:
We take our time extracting Licorice root into the Warmed Kumkumadi Oil.
- Slowing aging of the skin. Licorice root neutralizes
free radicals from the environment and contains flavonoids, plant-derived
chemicals that protect against environmental stressors and UV radiation,
thereby preventing signs of aging.
- Preventing and treating acne. Licorice root produces
licochalcone, which helps regulate oil production. And it is an
anti-inflammatory that can soothe inflammatory skin processes such as
acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis.
- Treating dark spots. When produced in excess, melanin
causes hyperpigmentation, otherwise known as dark spots. Licorice root has
been found effective for reducing skin pigmentation as it inhibits
tyrosinase which in turn stops melanin production.
- Treating under-eye circles. One reason you find
licorice root in eye creams is that it can reduce the appearance of
under-eye circles through the production of liquiritin, which contributes
to its lightening qualities.
- Lightening scars. The ingredient mentioned above,
glabridin, is a natural, UV-fighting chemical. It repairs reddened,
heat-damaged, sensitive skin and lightens any dark pigments from sun
exposure. Glabriden also inhibits an enzyme called tyrosinase, which stops
melanin production and lightens scarred skin.

we spare no expense. Bakuchiol is a Bio-Identical Version of Retinol. In
other words, it works exactly like Retinol, with absolutely no side effects
common with Retinol.
Bakuchiol can inhibit the production of

skin cell turnover. 1% is the recommended dosage.
